Anemone The Admiral

Strong cerise-pink flowers with a dark centre. The Admiral is a St Brigid type anemone, with double or more the number of petals of the De Caen type.

Premium 4/5 grade bulbs.

Minimum order quantity is 25 bulbs.

For best germination, plant in damp sawdust and store in a fridge for up to four weeks. Plant out after four weeks, or earlier if roots emerge. Do not over-water when growing, or allow to become dry.

Anemones are cool climate bulbs and will not germinate well if planted directly into a warm sunny place.

Fertilise with a balanced fertiliser, avoiding those high in nitrogen as it only encourages leaf at the expense of flowers.
