Red with a white petal edge, 40cm tall.
The 'Single Tulip' group is a collective name for the 'standard' tulips that have the classic tulip flower shape. This group has the widest colour range and is used extensively for mass plantings. Flowering times vary from mid to late spring. Unless you are in a cooler climate, we do not recommend planting tulips in pots. Pots warm up quickly, even in winter, and the lack of cold will result in disappointingly short flower stems.
Plant 10 cm deep in mid to late autumn, fertilise lightly with a balanced fertiliser in early spring.
