Flowering times vary from mid to late spring. Unless you are in a cooler climate, we do not recommend planting tulips in pots. Pots warm up quickly, even in winter, and the lack of cold will result in disappointingly short flower stems.

Plant 15 cm deep in mid late autumn, fertilise lightly with a balanced fertiliser in early spring.
