Ordering Information

You can order online or by giving us a call on 06 323 4516. Our office hours are Mon-Fri 7:30am to 3:45pm.

To order online, browse the web site and add your selections to the shopping cart. When you're finished, click on "checkout" and follow the instructions through to supply your address and pay.

Payments are only accepted by credit or debit card, and orders must be paid for to be reserved and join the shipping queue.

All orders are 'pre-orders' - often placed up to 8 weeks or more ahead of actual shipping times. We keep our Shipping Info up to date every week so you can check it at any time and see where we're up to.

Our web site calculates the shipping cost based on your parcel size. It can be as low as $8.00 for local parcels, and is a maximum of $10.00. Orders over $100 ship freight free and there are no additional charges for rural delivery.

Orders can be combined to avoid additional shipping charges. Place later orders online as usual, but use the discount code 'ADD2ORDER' at the checkout and no shipping charge will be added. When we see this code we check for the earlier order and combine the later one into it. Note that orders with quite different shipping times can't be combined unless you're prepared to wait for all items to be ready before we ship.
